Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for our staff & clients, we ask you to please reschedule within 24 hours if you aren’t able to keep your appointment. All no shows will be charged 50% of the service total. All last minute cancellations will forfeit deposit.
Please note due to our limited space, no extra guests or pets are allowed.
Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your service may have to be adjusted to perform only what the remaining time allows. Or, we will ask you to reschedule for another time. It is extremely important to us to keep our schedules running on time and to be fair to our next scheduled guest.
